Developed and maintained 8 websites for Diocesan of Camden, analyzed and assessed current web solutions to establish a stable environment. Implemented Social Media marketing techniques. Instructed on-site training sessions and installed and monitored all databases. Maintained office equipment as well as helped IT department updating hardware and software. Designed and managed a variety of websites for small business. Structured and developed navigation systems. Creation of all sites was done with Adobe products.

Provided instructional reinforcement under the direction of the classroom teacher. Attended to the physical, personal, academic and emotional needs. Analysis of budgets and process of weekly payroll. Responsible for hiring, firing, training and supervising of all employees. Maintained relationship with record distributors and contractors. Creating all in-store promotions, developing main store events with major radio stations, and recording acts. In charge of purchasing all stock and acknowledgment of receipts. The necessity to work under pressure with great skill and patience. Anticipate all needs of a 3000 sq. ft record store.

Taught in an art classroom for students in Kindergarten through 3rd grade. Instructed students on a thematic unit plan related to the Elements of Art and Principles of Design with an art therapy central focus. Educated and assisted in a class-wide community outreach project titled “Empty Bowls”. Worked one-on-one with students. Worked in a five-person team to teach a 3-part lesson on Poverty and Hunger, Clay techniques, Glazing techniques. All proceeds went to Josephs House in Camden, NJ. Designed marketing posters, slideshow, and invitations to the exhibition night.
