I originally got this recipe from the Ancestral Chef but had to make a few adjustments along the way, so I have a new recipe to share.in order to keep my husband eating healthy during the day while he is at work I needed to find recipes that I could make on Sunday that he could use all week. So I came up with two recipes using one order of meat and splitting it.

I decided to buy a pork shoulder, cut it up into bite-size pieces, cook the entire thing and then split it in half to use with the two recipes.when the pork shoulder was done almost being fully cooked I got out another pan and split it into two. I used one pan to create the recipe below and the other for Paleo Pineapple Pork.
