Students will create abstract pieces based on the teachings an inspiration of Wassily Kandinsky. Using indented Popsicle sticks, tempera paint, and watercolors students will experiment with line work, color, and abstraction. Learning from a master artist, students will analyze the work of Kandinsky and use his work as creative inspiration for their art.
