A new year, a new day, time to get things right

Hello everyone, hopefully this will not be my last blog as I’m trying to wrap my head around all the things that need to be done just maybe this blog will help get my anxieties out and ease the stress. Maybe along the way I’ll make some friends and just maybe I’ll accomplish all of my goals. Today I have a training session at my new gym, Active Fitness, I’m hoping that this training session will shed some light on how I can work out and what will help me lose the, and gain strength throughout my body.

 

For many years I’ve struggled with weight, pain both internal and external, and either bipolar or ADHD; for some reason no one has a clue which one I am.
